For over 16 years, we’ve been setting high standards to create work that delights and drives the industry forward. We’re here to be innovative, challenging ourselves and others to push the boundaries of creativity. Producing ground-breaking work, while respecting people and protecting our planet.

redpill opens its doors with two people and a dream of offering a true form of advertising that was more human than the splurge of blue pill agencies.
We set to work on building its network of influencers (back then vloggers and bloggers, with an initial focus on YouTubers because Facebook was in its infancy and TikTok wasn't born yet).
It was a star-studded start. Shooting content with Hollywood A-listers, Will Ferrell, Simon Pegg and Johnny Knoxville, for Britvic and almost every face in the Premier League for Paddy Power. We even did our first TVC for synth-pop-rock legends, Duran Duran. We also won our first COOH award.
Heineken UK and IR signed as a client. Bacardi was another landmark win with our campaigns generating the 2nd fastest selling new product in the Bacardi portfolio. It also went on to win us our first Drum Award.
This period saw a series of high profile heritage campaigns with Volvo, including work around UEFA Euro 2016, as well as other international campaigns with Coca-Cola, 20th Century Studios, and a partnership between Jaguar Land Rover x The Gorillaz. At this point, our influencer managers were stationed in the US and EU regions to cover 14 global territories with our network growing to over 2M certified influencers in all verticals. We also ran our largest ever shoot with 120 crew for American multinational beauty portfolio company, Coty.
Wins TikTok as a client and applies our RED_Boost performance product that went on to drive millions of new user installs.
redpill founder, Liam Corrigan, takes the stage to speak at Social Media Week NYC and celebrates its 10th year anniversary with a company wide trip to SXSW... oh and we learnt to line-dance at the world famous 'Broken Spoke' bar.
Launches its own exclusive talent department signing over 20 creators on launch, with dedicated teams in fashion & beauty, food & drink, travel and entertainment. The agency went on to win its most prestigious award to date 'influencer marketing agency of the year', following its work with TikTok, Pagani & Gordon Ramsay’s Chef Blast.
Wins Sandals & Beaches Resorts global account covering 20 Caribbean resorts and bolsters its dedicated travel team to deliver 360 influencer campaigns. At this stage redpill’s network holds deep data and executional experience with over 4M creators spanning the A to Z of almost every influential creator. Oh, and we picked up 'influencer marketing agency' of the year again.
Establishes its own wellness department for its people to focus on healthy work-life balance, a growth mindset and that we can be ourselves at work. It also saw us support a number of charitable causes including Black Trans Alliance, AKT, Brighton Beach Clean and the Sandals Foundation’s 100K Island Run for childhood cancer. Meanwhile in the workspace, we delivered over 200 projects in 2 years, including our 50th campaign with TikTok - now a client of 6 years with campaigns spanning TV, VOD, digital and OOH and social.
Makes a pledge as a B Corp company to support not just their teams, but the world. Starting by joining Ecologi, the agency has already helped to fund multiple climate projects, plant more than 2,500 trees and prevent over 175 tonnes of carbon emissions.
Life at redpill
It’s not just our work that defies expectations, our team does too. redpill is a place where people can finally be the best versions of themselves. We’re proud to have created an environment in which everyone feels safe, equal and happy. Proud of the positive impact our work delivers. And proud to support the planet through our climate initiatives.
A note on our name
redpill was born in 2009 out of a desire to do things differently. Like Keanu in The Matrix, we’re passionate about creating experiences that allow people to see the world with all its depths and complexities. Sadly, the meaning of our name was tarnished in 2016, becoming associated with a narrative we do not support in any way, shape or form.
We considered renaming ourselves, but in the process, chose to stay true to who we are. Honouring our roots and limiting the digital space these groups can occupy. Plus, we realised anyone who sees anything we touch knows there’s no confusion between us and these people. We were here before them, and will be here long after.
